In 2007, after 30 years in the bakery supply business, the Teahan Family had a dream to create a superior product line of glazes & icings for bakeries and supermarkets. Innovation and hard work quickly grew into sales success turning G&I into a supplier to wholesale and in-store bakeries, direct and via distributors.

As demand continued to grow, G&I expanded its products to include fruit and crème fillings, fruit glazes, toppings, smears, buttercrème style icings, as well as traditional European style buttercream.
